Returns

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Products purchased during sale or discount offers may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order type.

Exchange

• We offer exchanges for size issues or damaged products, subject to availability.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered products.
• Products without original tags or showing signs of use.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
