Returns
- Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order type.
Exchange
- We offer exchanges for size issues or damaged products, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered products.
- Products without original tags or showing signs of use.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
